• Orders must be paid by credit card unless net terms have been approved. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover.

• All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx standard ground freight, FOB - St. Louis, MO Shipping charges are added to the invoice.
• All claims or damages must be reported within 7 business days. Damaged product must be saved in the original packaging and shipping box in order to be returned or replaced.
• All returns must be pre-approved with a return authorization number.
• A nominal restocking fee will be charged for returns.
• Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for shipping.
